Matunda ni aina ya chakula mara nyingi yana ladha tamu au ladha ya sukari, yana mbegu na yanapatikana kwenye miti au vichaka.

Matunda ni chanzo kizuri sana cha vitamini na nyuzinyuzi muhimu kwa ajili ya usugaji na mmeng’enyo wa chakula.

Yakiwa na vitamini kwa wingi matunda huupa mwili nguvu na pia husaidia kupambana na magonjwa, kutunza ngozi na afya bora kwa ujumla.
