Abstract

  1. Paragraph description of the OSAT - why is it Appropriate? What need does it fulfil? Are there case studies you have found of a technology being used successfully?
  2. Picture of completed print using printer
    MountPart.jpg

Bill of Materials

- Materials needed for fabrication of the device, prices/sources of non-printable parts

Tools needed for fabrication of the OSAT

  1. MOST Delta RepRap or similar RepRap 3-D printer
  2. Drill Bit 1/8 inch

Skills and Knowledge Necessary to Make the OSAT

  • Knowledge of Using Fasteners
    • Installation - Screw, Rivet, Bolt

Technical Specifications

Print Instructions

  • Print time estimate - 8.5hrs (Printing all four pieces at once)
  1. To ensure proper bed adhesion, the use of a brim or a raft is recommended. I had good results with a brim of 2mm.
  2. Nozzle size 0.4mm
  3. Wall count 6
  4. Infill 80% Triangle
  5. Nozzle temp: 222 C
  6. Layer Height 0.1mm
  7. Support material is not required.

Assembly Instructions

  • Assembly time estimate - 1hr (Dependant on fastener type)
