“Today we are going to learn about the different vegetables growing in the garden.  Who can tell me what plants we have we planted in the garden so far? Cucumbers, watermelon, melon, lettuce, etc. We are going to draw those plants, cut them out, and string them up behind the garden.
“Hoy vamos a aprender sobre los veduras y frutas que estan creciendo en el jardín. ¿Quien me puede decir cuales son las plantas que ya hemos plantado en el jardín? Pepino, sandia, melon, lechuga, cilantro, cebolla, tomate, zanahoria. (Today we are going to learn about the different vegetables growing in the garden.  Who can tell me what plants we have planted in the garden so far? Cucumbers, watermelon, melon, lettuce, etc.) Vamos a dibujar esos frutas y veduras y despues cortarlos y ponerlos en un hilo y colgarlos a lado de el jardín. (We are going to draw those plants, cut them out, and string them up behind the garden).

Name of Lesson: What kinds of Plants are growing in the Garden

Goals:

To teach students about the different fruits and vegetables that we are growing in the Garden.

Objectives:

The students will learn what plants are growing in the garden.

Materials:
