Helpful Literature Review Hints:
- Research all the basic numbers or assumptions you will need
- If you have certain devices, start looking up the most energy efficient ones, their costs, lifetime etc.
- Finds out how to quantify certain costs or environmental benefits
- Find out who else is doing your topic in the world and in business (good selling point if you have successful case studies)- even better if you're the first!

Great Experience[edit source]
As an exercise in service learning, working with a large client with a strong commitment to Green IT proved to be an exciting learning experience, creating awareness among us that there are companies who have already made the commitment to sustainability that was the goal of this project.
