BANANE BIER
Banane Bier macht von Banane mit ein Getreidemehl (oft Sorghummehl) und fermentiert orange alkoholisch Getränk. Es ist süß und ein bisschen diesig mit eine Lagerfähigkeit mehrtägig unter richtige Lagerbedingungen. Es gibt viele Abweichungen im wie das Bier macht. Beispielsweise Urwaga Banane Bier nach Kenya macht von Banane und Sorghum oder Hirse und „Lubisi“ macht von Banane und Sorghum.
