Note that I've capitalized this as "Good Articles" and the same for equivalent pages, as I thought of these as titles or awards rather than simple descriptions. Now I notice Wikipedia doesn't do this, and I see that it's arguable. I do believe in a consistent policy, but this seems to be a grey area.
