Two screens, two laptops online, mouse & Keyboard, laptops under table behind tablecloth, both laptops Appropedia logo in background, White desktop, no desktop icons, auto-hide taskbar along bottom. Screensavers off. Power options auto screen sleep off. Extension lead and wifi access needed.
One laptop: Chrome, Chris's 40 links (saved in TabCloud etc), use revolver to rotate through tabs on 15 second delay, full screen brwoers display, switch off reloading. Visitors cannot use this laptop - no mouse & keyboard. Wireless mouse helpful But only for host to use to set up computers etc.
Other laptop - screen, mouse and keyboard on table top, allow users to use Appropedia. Full screen browser mode. Keep an eye on it in case people get stuck or start checking other websites etc!
Presentation - Prezi - instructions - backup - user accounts & mail merge - syndication page with auto-refresh
