Here is a proposed nomination procedure - it's open to be changed:

David Reber

I nominate User:David.reber (as discussed by email with User:Curtbeckmann and User:Lonny).

I wish to nominate him for "community admin" - see Appropedia:Administrators/Process. (That basically means a fully fledged admin. Teratornis

I nominate User:Teratornis - hardworking, lots of experience with Wikipedia, and has been very positive & respectful in the way he's approached the changes he's wanted to make on Appropedia.

I pinged User:Lonny & User:Curtbeckmann off-wiki and they're in agreement.
