Andrew oversees recruitment, contracting, employee/contractor services, and administrative processing for Dalilou Energie. Administrative Services include, grant management, and CONUS and OCONUS legal compliance.
Andrew has many years’ experience in partnering with Indigenous communities in the US, including working as the Tribal Administrator for an Indian tribe in Nevada; running all government programs, the tribal Office of Environmental Protection, Human Resources, and utilities. Andrew also has multiple years of experience in wildlife biology and baseline ecological research in Northern California.
