I removed this link from the page:
Google documents without known, identified authors, are generally not suitable links, in my strong opinion. The reader will have no way of knowing who wrote this or how reliable it is. Also, this looks like something between an interesting collection of notes and links, and a manifesto, rather than a suitable in-depth resource on education. External links should be the best links we can identify on the topic. --Chriswaterguy 14:15, 19 February 2013 (PST)
