The information about TimeBanks USA Community Weaver may be inaccurate. CW 2.0 was released as free code ("open source"): http://actionhub.timebanks.org/help/whats-new-community-weaver-20-coordinators
Appropedia.org lists CW 3.0 as "proprietary SAAS": https://www.appropedia.org/Community_Currencies#Software_for_Community_Currencies
I've found it hard to hard any reliable information about the license and code availability of CW 3, but I don't see why they would have gone back to a proprietary license. Neither of the links provided here says that they have. The CW3 developer is engaging on Drupal Groups, and I intend to ask him there about the license status of CW3 there: https://groups.drupal.org/taxonomy/term/139188 —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Strypey
