Plastering Day 2: Kaileigh mixing the flour and cold water before adding to boiling water. It should be a pancake batter consistency before adding to the boiling water. Ours is still fairly running, but it still began thickening up after 7 or 8 minutes in the boiling water. It took about 7 minutes to begin thickening and 20 to complete the process.
