Tessa Meyer

Hello! I'm Tessa Meyer and I am a third year undergraduate student at Michigan Technological University majoring in Environmental Engineering and minoring in Sustainable Biomaterials. I have worked for about a three years in the MOST research group. My primary research involves different applications for recycled plastic and stamp sand composite materials to remove both of these pollutants from the environment. I have also worked on projects related to distributed protein production to lessen reliance on the commercial meatpacking and farming industries, as well as a project related to agrivoltaic applications of rabbit farming and its reduction of water and land usage when compared to cattle farming.
