These AT Sourcebook usage instructions for how to add and manage citations show how to lay out:

  1. a main page section (Level 1) so that it links to its corresponding section subpage;
  2. a section subpage (Level 2) so that it links to its corresponding citation subpages;
  3. a citation subpage (Level 3) so that it can be transcluded to its corresponding section subpage; and
  4. a citation subpage (Level 3) so that it can be transcluded to its corresponding section subpage without including the paraphrased article text.

Main page sections (Level 1)

  • See AT Sourcebook#Forestry for an example of how to lay out a main page section (Level 1) so that it links to its corresponding section subpage as shown below.
Forestry
:View expanded section

*Direct link to AT Sourcebook Chapter

*Agroforestry Species: A Crop Sheets Manual

Section subpages (Level 2)

  • See AT Sourcebook/Forestry for an example of how to lay out a section subpage (Level 2) so that it links to its corresponding citation subpages as shown below.
Forestry
:View main article

* Agroforestry Species: A Crop Sheets Manual

  • Notice the id tag that works just like a section heading for linking directly to a specific citation from the main AT Sourcebook or any other page.

Layout and other subpages

  • Use the layout design at AT Sourcebook/Layout for all AT Sourcebook citation subpages.
    • Use "<"noinclude">" and "</"noinclude">" tags to keep text and the subpage category only on the citation subpage (without the quotation marks, needed here to properly display}.
      • Make sure the "<"noinclude">" tag immediately follows the closing layout brackets to avoid extra line breaks on section pages.
      • Like this: }}"<"noinclude">"
      • Add text immediately after the "<"noinclude">" tag.
      • Add and at the bottom of each citation subpage.
  • Here is a list of pages with the prefix 'AT Sourcebook' in the 'Main' and 'Talk' namespaces.
