I am K A S M Ehteshamul Haque. I graduated from Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Bangladesh with a CGPA of 4.00 (out of 4.00) in 2012. I held the 1st position from my batch. Then, I joined as a Lecturer at IUT in December, 2012, where I worked till August 1, 2015. My undergraduate thesis was titled as "Introduction, Characterization and Efficiency Optimization of an AlxGa1-xAs / AlxIn1-xAs Heterojunction Solar cell with GaxIn1-xAs Back Surface Field (BSF) Layer Using ADEPT/F". So far, I have conducted research on the application of III-V and II-VI compounds as solar cell materials. I have published a number of journal articles on this topic. My goal is to carry on my research on solar cell materials and fabrication technologies, towards low-cost, efficient solar cells. | I am K A S M Ehteshamul Haque.
