About Me
- Dominick Triola
- I have a B.S. in Environmental Science with an emphasis on energy and climate and a minor in appropriate technology from Humboldt State University. I hope to promote and create sustainable and appropriate energy technology to lessen our dependence on the earth's non-renewable energy sources.

Experience in Appropriate Technology/Engineering
- Spent a semester analyzing and conducting water boiling tests with BioLite's CampStove.
- Piezoelectric shoe experiment
- La Yuca schoolroom renovation
- Designed a creative way to upcycle old binders: SCRAP Humboldt All Book No Hands book reader
- Constructed a rainwater catchment system for the Campus Center for Appropriate Technology (CCAT) at Humboldt State University.
- Constructed a Rube Goldberg device

- CCAT PV system: A 2400W grid-tied solar PV system that was installed on the roof of CCAT.
- CCAT Greenhouse: Greenhouse built with a carbon negative beach grass-slip wall with a natural clay plaster.
