About Me
- Anna Beissert
- I am an Environmental Studies major at Humboldt State minoring in Appropriate Technology. I have various interests within the scope of environmental justice, from food to extraction. Originally from a place called Torrance in L.A., I honestly came to NorCal to escape the people and explore the forest, and I have found a place for me to freely pursue my interests and continue my growth. I believe that there are many ways we can all affect change for the better, large or small scale, and we have the obligation to explore every path that can lead to a better Earth.

- Finding the facts about what is and isn't sustainable, I often challenge ideas about what is and isn't helpful for the environment. We need to be capable of seeing through clever marketing and inappropriate regulations and incentives.
