- 2,500 pounds Tilapia fillets
- 100 pounds yellow cornmeal
- 50 pounds all-purpose (plain) flour
- 2 pounds salt
- 1 pound cayenne pepper
- 20 gallons of milk
- 4 dozen eggs
Making the dish[edit | edit source]
