2,500 pounds Tilapia Fillets
100 pounds Yellow Corn Meal
50 pounds All-Purpose Flour
2 pounds Salt
1 pound Cayanne Pepper
20 gallons of Milk
4 dozen eggs

Mix dry ingrediants together well. In a separate container, break eggs and mix well. Add milk to eggs. Dip the fillets in egg/milk mixture first, then dip in dry ingrediants.
