The Feeding of the 5,000
- 2,500 pounds Tilapia Fillets
- 100 pounds Yellow Corn Meal
- 50 pounds All-Purpose Flour
- 2 pounds Salt
- 1 pound Cayanne Pepper
- 20 gallons of Milk
- 4 dozen eggs
Mix dry ingrediants together well. In a separate container, break eggs and mix well. Add milk to eggs. Dip the fillets in egg/milk mixture first, then dip in dry ingrediants.
