  • Hi Ed - probably initially it wouldn't be that productive until you clear all leftovers of the freeway. - but the point is that you can re-zone and construct either new buildings to "re-urbanise", or plant parks / gardens. To illustrate I've added an example from Seoul of turning a freeway in central Seoul into a stream and park :- Cheonggyecheon. --PatSunter 18:27, 8 March 2013 (PST)
