This is a project initiated by Singkong2005, to develop an information resource for those making the most of old computers, or choosing a new computer and software for the lowest possible cost. The needs of developing world users (language, maintenance, power, dust) are considered.
The guide is currently placed at here, in Wikipedia userspace, as Singkong2005 has invited a number of people to edit it this location allows anyone to edit it. It will be moved here at a later stage.
