Lessons Learned using the CNC 3D Printer/Mach3 software
We hooked up our weld gun to the CNC printer so we could program it to turn on/off. We first used M3 and M5 commands and although it worked it left a marble size bead at the beginning and end of our print. We then went into ports/pins to change the commands to read "Zero" seconds delay still it did not work as well as we would have liked. Next we wrote a macro (see below for macro) and dropped these two files for M101 and M105 into our c:\Mach3\Macro\{name of the profile you use}/
M101 REM Quick test of output response time p1
M102 REM Quick test of output response time p1
Finally success!
