This is the header for the Community portal and related pages.

[edit] Discussion tracking

This template is used by the {{Discussion tracker}}, using the "Related changes" function to keep track of all changes in the Community portal.

For this reason, if CPheader is every moved to a different name, the discussion tracker must be edited to reflect this.
