Page reorganization[edit source]

Russ: One of the changes I made was reorganizing the page so that materials and materials sources sections are together. Unfortunately, it means that visitors have to scroll quite a bit to get to "the good stuff." At first I just included a "see below" note and anchor link, but it just seemed to make so much more sense to bring the sources up to be with the materials. Whaddauthink?
