Samuel DalSanto (Born June 25, 1980) is a renewable energy developer from Fallbrook, California. Currently, Samuel is serving as CFO of Philippine Hybrid Energy Systems, Inc., a renewable energy developer based in the Philippines.[1] In addition, Samuel also serves as Chairman of Baghouse.com Corp. a leading industrial dust collection systems manufacturer and service provider. As CFO of PHESI, Dal Santo, along with PHESI President and CEO Armando de Rossi have been working to complete the second stage of development for the company's 48 MW wind farm project on the island of Mindoro Oriental. The project, which will eventually provide clean electricity for the island of Luzon (home to the country's largest city Manilla), has gain large amounts of attention by the local media[3]. Dal Santo was also key in securing international financing as well governmental approval, including both members of the Philippine Congress and Philippine President Benigno Aquino III. [4]
