Phyllostachys Heterocycla Pubescens

One of the more than 1000 species of bamboo. A bamboo with smallish bright green leaves and green-grey culms that turn yellowish with brown striping as they mature. Culm sheaths are green-grey with black speckles. Grows to 8 metres, but not in Europe.
