I just wanted to point out the apparent contradiction, in the body of the page you say "Reproduction of this microfiche document in any form is subject to the same restrictions as those of the original document. " while at the bottom of the page it says "Content is available under GNU FDL".
At any rate, if permission has been given to reproduce it here, I don't see a problem. --David.reber 23:07, 2 May 2008 (PDT)
