A portable solar oven which is made using a Wescott 7ft reflective parabolic photographic lighting umbrella to concentrate direct sunlight on to a Weber Smokey Joe charcoal barbecue. First tests yielded oven temperature of 330 degrees f. So far it has been used to bake cookies and a cake .... using two common household items, not exactly associated with solar ovens.
