Dipankar Chakraborti   

Dipankar Chakraborti was early whistleblower on arsenic in groundwater in Bangladesh^{[verification needed]} and India. He is harshly critical of the ineffectiveness and even damaging effects of foreign aid.

He is a water expert from Bengal, India.
