Crystalline silicon solar cell   

The advantages of the crystalline silicon solar cell include its high efficiency rate of 14-22% and the high stability of silicon. These cells are established as the technology leader of technology . Although crystalline silicon has many advantages it also has some flaws. It is very expensive to produce and has a low absorption coefficient. Crystalline silicon cells also require a large amount of highly purified feedstock.
