- Meat, when raised for meat. When possible, poultry for meat should be fed and kept separately from egg-laying stock, because they have different optimum diets and care.
- Manure, about one gram per animal per day when they are young, and twice as much or more when they are older. It has lots of nitrogen and makes a great fertilizer.
