Category:Pages to translate

This category, "Pages to translate", are non-content pages, such as help or policy pages, that need to be translated into other languages.
"Articles to translate" are content pages that need to be translated.
NOTE: We currently have both a set of categories for tagging pages for translation, as well as a page for listing pages for translation by language. Do we need separate mechanisms, or should converge on a single approach? If we settle on categories, should we have separate categories for each target language? (This note should perhaps be placed on the talk page for this category, but I'm concerned it would be missed there. CurtB 10:57, 25 March 2011 (PDT)
